Registration Instructions:
In order to streamline the registration process, any student and/or sponsor that wishes to attend NYC will need to register and pay through their local church. Please fill out the form below and submit it to your local church!
Please carefully follow the guidelines posted below. It is important to note that interested parties will not be counted as registered until these steps have been completed.
The local church will collect and submit an NYC 2026 Intent to Register Form for each student and sponsor who wishes to attend.
This form must be completed in full and submitted with a deposit of $500 per attendee to your local church!
Requirements for Sponsors:Sponsors need to be approved by both the local church and Sacramento District leadership. Sponsors must be at least 23 years of age at the time of the event. Special circumstances, such as a young youth pastor on staff at a church may be considered. Please contact Sacramento District NYC Coordinator Amber Bender.
All Sponsors (including youth pastors, youth leaders, and parents) attending NYC are required to:
Have passed a Department of Justice approved background check with their local church, meeting the standards of the Sacramento District
Complete the NAZ SAFE Sexual Abuse Awareness Training Both of these requirements must be met prior to the event.

· Once we have received the completed NYC 2026 Intent to Register Form and deposit, we will send an Online Registration link to the participant via the email address provided on the form.
· Participant will not be considered fully registered until the registration has been completed using the registration link.

· For Early Bird Rate, participants must complete Online Registration by October 15, 2025.
· For Standard Registration Rate, participants must complete Online Registration by January 15, 2026.
· All registrations completed through the Online Registration link are final. Please understand that our District is obligated to pay the $500-$575 Conference registration fee for each registration link we send out, and that all travel and other expenses have been negotiated based on group rates. It *may* be possible to swap someone in place of someone else, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact NYC Coordinator Amber Bender at nyi@sacnaz.org if you encounter this situation.

· Payment Instructions:
The total cost per participant to attend NYC is $1,800 for Early Bird or $1,900 for Standard Registration. We have broken this amount down into multiple payments to help participants with their financial planning. The payment breakdown below is a list of minimum payment that must be paid by the dates listed; however, at any time, a participant may pay more than the minimum if they desire
Payments must be sent in by the local church, together on one check per submission. We recommend that local churches request participants provide payment to them before sending in a check to the District.
Each payment submitted by the local church should include a list of participant names and the amount that is getting paid for each individual.

· September 15, 2025 Initial Payment of $500 due (Early Bird Conference Registration Fee) OR
· December 15, 2025 Initial Payment of $600 due (Conference Registration Fee)

· We will plan a stop in Reno to pick up participants from the Nevada area

· *Late Night Event Information: These events are kept secret until the time of the event. They take place in the same location as the NYC sessions, but they do not reveal what the event is until the evening of in order to build suspense and excitement. It may be a concert, a comedian, or some other event of that nature. For instance, in 2019, the Newsboys and For King and Country were two of the late night events.
