NYC 2026
Sponsor Information
Are you here because you’re an adult interested in coming to NYC 2026? Awesome! Here’s what you need to know:
Requirements for Sponsors
Sponsors need to be approved by both the local church and Sacramento District leadership. Sponsors must be at least 23 years of age at the time of the event. Special circumstances, such as a young youth pastor on staff at a church may be considered. Please contact Sacramento District NYC Coordinator Amber Bender.
All Sponsors (including youth pastors, youth leaders, and parents) attending NYC are required to:
Have passed a Department of Justice approved background check with their local church, meeting the standards of the Sacramento District
Complete the NAZ SAFE Sexual Abuse Awareness Training
Both of these requirements must be met prior to the event.
Registration Instructions
Here’s an overview of your registration process! You will not be counted as registered until all of these steps have been completed.
FIRST,
Any sponsor who wishes to attend NYC will register and pay through their local church. Submit your NYC 2026 Intent to Register Form and your trip deposit to your local church. Please note that your form has a space for a signature from one of your church pastor or leaders… so be sure they know you’re interested in attending!
NEXT,
Your local church will collect and submit your NYC 2026 Intent to Register Forms and your trip deposit to the NYC Sacramento District Registration Team.
THEN,
The NYC Sacramento District Registration Registration Team will send an Online Registration Link to you, using the email address you provided on your Intent to Register Form.
FINALLY,
You will complete your Online Registration link. You are not fully registered until your online registration link has been completed!
Please note that all registrations completed through the Online Registration link are final. Our District is obligated to pay the $500-$575 Conference registration fee for each registration link we send out, and all travel and other expenses have been negotiated based on group rates. It *may* be possible to swap someone in place of someone else, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact NYC Coordinator Amber Bender at nyi@sacnaz.org if you encounter this situation.
